Billy (William Brandt) and ex girlfriend Augusta (Alison Bruce) and her bull terrier, Cyclops (Biggles) chase after a dog-goddess stolen by Miranda (Judith Gibson), who was intending to use it for anti-aging potions. Marjorie (Joan Reid) and Monty (Lewis Martin), mad old doctors searching for an elixir of life, are also after the dog-goddess. Green goo from the dog-goddess' eyes has strong aphrodisiac effects...
