Bad Boy Johnny and The Prophets of Doom 1990
also called Bad Boy Johnny and The Profits Of Doom

A rock musical composed by Daniel Abineri. It is a satire concerning an altar boy, who, managed by his priest, becomes a rock star - and subsequently Pope. It was staged in Melbourne and Sydney and a cast album and single were released. After opening at the Union Chapel in Islington, it closed after ten performances because of complaints it was blasphemous.

FrENZy

A dance choreographed by Mark Baldwin to the music of Split Enz. The original version in 2001 was with a 40-strong Maori kapa haka group, Te Matarae I Orehu. The Maori group did not appear at Sadler's Wells in 2004.

The New Zealand dance company which was founded in 1977 and closed in 1989 performed two dances to the music of Split Enz.
